Kelly cries as a tray full of Chocolate hits the floor and hundreds of little round Chocolate cups spring up into the air, only to cover the floor seconds later. “Oh well, guess we’re just gunna have to eat those ones then!?” He says as he laughs with a grin on his face. This is the type of optimism that Kelly shares with the world. 

Kelly Johnson has been making Raw Chocolate and Nut Butters for 20+ years.  His first Chocolate Shop is the original Sedona Chocolate Superfoods and was the 1st USDA certified organic food manufacturing facility in Arizona.


Prior to that, he spent two years at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, AZ. At the Tree of Life, he worked in the research lab, which included monitoring blood sugar levels in diabetics on a mostly raw food diet. The program helped many people lower their insulin levels and at times discontinue insulin altogether. Dr. Gabriel Cousins and Kelly were also monitoring the patients after they ate pure Organic Raw Chocolate, and watched as their blood sugar levels stayed the same or dropped.

Kelly has an awareness to the consciousness around live food, like germinating almonds before grinding them into butter. He recognizes the more nutritious the foods we ingest, the better the fuel provided for our body. He has inspired many people to live a more fulfilling and healthier lifestyle. His work with organic foods and Cacao is a continual research and developmental process.

Raw Chocolate is one of the most misconstrued foods on the planet. Many people associate eating Chocolate with gaining weight, guilt, and unhealthiness.
